12724--August 9, 1990. Strengthen the previous orders freezing assets and prohibiting trade with Iraq.

12727--August 22, 1990. Ordering to active duty selected elements of the Reserve.
12728--August 22, 1990. Allowed the President to suspend promotions, retirement, or separation of members from the Armed Services.
12734--November 14, 1990. Allowed the President to redirect military construction funds to priority projects in the Gulf.
12742--January 8, 1990. Gave the President the power to direct industry to produce necessary war-related goods over domestic products.
12743--January 18, 1991. Allowed the President to call up the reserves for upto 24 months if needed.
12744--January 21, 1991. Designated the Persian Gulf region as a war zone for the purpose of the troops tax extensions and exemptions.
12750--February 14, 1991. Designated the Persian Gulf region as the Persian Gulf Desert Shield area for tax purposes.
12751--February 14, 1991. Authorized the Secretary of Veterans' Affairs to provide health care for wounded personnel from the Gulf crisis.
